Queeker Admin — Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Queeker collects, uses, and shares information in the Queeker Admin mobile app. Queeker Admin is a store-management app for authorized staff. It is not a consumer shopping app.

1. Information we collect

Staff account. Username, display name, role, and store assignment. Passwords are stored securely by our authentication provider (Supabase).
Store operations. Sales, products, inventory, invoices, cash sessions, and similar business records the signed-in staff user is authorized to see.
Device. A push-notification token if you allow notifications, so we can alert you about customer chat or online orders.
Optional AI assistant. Only after you tap Allow. See section 4.

2. How we collect it

You enter a staff username and password. Store data is loaded from our database because you are a logged-in employee. Push tokens are created by Apple / Expo when you allow notifications. AI content is collected only when you use the assistant after consent.

3. How we use it

To sign you in and show the stores you manage.
To display and update store operations (sales, inventory, invoices, orders).
To send optional push alerts about chat and online orders.
To operate the optional AI assistant, only with your permission.
To keep the app secure and to comply with law.

4. Sharing with a third-party AI service (Google Gemini)

Queeker Admin includes an optional assistant. If you allow it, the app sends your typed message or recorded voice, plus the store context needed to answer (for example sales totals, low-stock items, recent invoices, store name), to Google LLC’s Gemini API at generativelanguage.googleapis.com. Google returns a generated reply. If you use voice, the reply text may also be sent to Google’s speech service so the app can read it aloud.

What is sent: the text or voice clip you just provided, and store business context required to answer the question.

Who it is sent to: Google LLC (Gemini API). Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Permission: nothing is sent to Google until you tap Allow on the in-app permission screen. You can tap Don’t Allow. Every other feature of Queeker Admin still works. You can turn this off later in Settings.

We do not sell this data. We use it only to generate the assistant’s answer for you. Google processes it under the Gemini API terms and Google’s Privacy Policy. Data is sent over HTTPS. Google is a large provider that maintains industry-standard security protections for API traffic. We require that this processing is limited to providing the AI reply, not advertising or selling your data.

5. Other third parties

Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
Expo / Apple Push Notification service — optional staff alerts.
Authorities when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and your choices

Staff accounts and store records are kept while the store uses Queeker. You may refuse the AI assistant, disable notifications in iOS Settings, and request access, correction, or deletion of staff account data at contact@queeker.io.

7. Children

Queeker Admin is for adult store staff. It is not directed to children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the latest revision.

O Queeker Admin é um app de gestão para funcionários da loja. Coletamos login da equipe, dados operacionais da loja que o usuário tem permissão de ver, e token de notificação se você permitir alertas.

O assistente de IA é opcional. Se você tocar em Permitir, o app envia o texto ou o áudio e o contexto da loja (vendas, estoque, invoices) para a Google LLC (API Gemini), para gerar a resposta. Nada é enviado à Google até você permitir. Você pode recusar. O resto do app continua funcionando. Dá para desligar em Configurações. Política da Google: policies.google.com/privacy.
